Demisioner

I often hear about that word lately. According for one definition, i got that demisioner is about state without power. Now, My office is demisioner which i havent known yet about my next position at my next directory. I havent known exactly yet about my job next day. I know that there are too much job to finish although much people said that government employers doesnt have some job to do. So, they usually read newspaper in the morning, take a lunch, talking talking (what is it?) not important things with friends and then go home... it sounds so nice right? :-)

But, for me.. I dont want to be like them. I want to do my job as well as I can do because my country have paid me to work not to sleep right? Although i know that the salary is relative low... hahaaa (curhat) but thanks God for all...

Based on that fact "relative LOW"
Now adays, goverment tries to aplicate Remunerasi for all departement and board in Indonesia. And, the salary are higher than now like gayus maybe.... For Golongan IIIa, he could get 12juta.. Wuw...
Hopefully, that the performance of government employers could raise parallel with the raising of their salary.

Now, back to my office.
Now my Board become BKKBN (Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana).
So... my boss said that we have to learn about the population and demography too. because we don't just control about family planning anymore but taking care about population.
Such as relationship between TFR and CPR
About LPP (Laju pertumbuhan penduduk)
and of course about contraceptive methods and relationship between the achievement of PPM and TFR (Total Fertility Rate).

Learning more deep and more enthusiastic...
